Is the desired shape not listed among them? Then contact one of our employees, they can help you find the desired form.
Silicone or metal
Baking and Cooking includes baking tins made of various materials. There are forms of stainless steel, aluminum, but also silicone on the webshop. Now we understand that it can be difficult for you to choose and therefore we want to inform you about the advantages of metal moulds and silicone moulds.
Metal forms are generally used the most and that is because they are very durable. In addition, these give off the heat well, which ensures a good baking result.
Silicone moulds are used to a lesser extent, but not inferior to metal moulds. A silicone form is easy to fill with batter or dough. In addition, the silicone form is easy to clean with some soap and water.
Greasing?
You will need to grease each baking pan for easy removal of your creation. You must grease a metal baking tin every time you use it. You need to lightly grease a silicone mould the first time, for subsequent use this is no longer necessary due to the non-stick coating. You can use butter or oil to grease your form, but you can also use a release spray.
