Baking small pies and round cakes efficiently?

The professional baker often has to bake a lot of the same shapes as the basis for various pastries and small pies. To be able to do this as efficiently as possible, Baking & Cooking has searched for a partner who can make special baking grids and baking trays with molds for this. The plates and grids have a size of 590 x 390 mm or 790 x 590 mm. The number of shapes per grid depends on the dimensions of the caking or pie shape that is required, these can be between 15 and 88 shapes per plate / grid. The shapes and rings are provided with a silicone coating as standard.
