Glasses must be cleaned after they have been used. This can be done through a glass washer, but at a bar there is not always the same amount of time for this. That is why there are glass washing brushes with which you can clean the glasses quickly and efficiently. Rinse the glass and put it up and down several times over the brush. Then rinse the glass again and the glass is ready for use again.
