Pelion-Wiromat machine
The Pelion-Wiromat machine is an easy-to-use device to distribute your batter equally on the baking sheet with the baking paper. This device is available in a number of different widths, namely; 40, 45, 50, 55, 57, 58 and 60 cm. And has an adjustable thickness of 2 to a maximum of 16 mm. The serrated knife then cuts the baking paper to size. For these widths you can also order custom-made rolls that are made exactly for this.
