Keeping ice and chocolate cool

It is very important if you have made ice or chocolate to keep it cool. If your ice cream or chocolate is not kept cool then the chance that it melts is very large and that is a shame of your product. To prevent melting and to keep your products cool, Baking and Cooking has an extensive range of coolers and freezers to keep chocolate and ice cream as cool as possible.

Shockfreezer

In addition to normal coolers and freezers, there are also Shockfreezers on the Baking and Cooking webshop. A quick cooler is a machine that cools or freezes products quickly, faster than normal cooling or freezer. The quick coolers come in various sizes and therefore also have a different content.
